Wow, Wow, Wow!  What a serious difference. Both your teams this morning have been beyond amazing - helpful, smiley, nothing is a problem and fabulous to be around! The first group arrived at 8am and quickly, without a word of complaint, delivered all the split order to the Stretch tent and your other team arrived dot on 9.30am and have been whistling and chatting and have been SO helpful - including saying “we can move ANYTHING you want us too!”.

She has been so accommodating, quick and all with a great sense of humour while dealing with me! So many emails and changes! She really is a great asset to your company.

The delivery drivers also.. Mark and Lucas, couldn’t get the lorry across the field due to the soft ground so with me my team, the groom and his best man… moved all the equipment with my van and a land rover. The guys were so helpful and willing to adapt. A real credit to you at Allens.

I just wanted to send you a message to say a massive thank you and to let you know how pleased we have been with the service we have received from your company. On my first contact with Kirsty she helped me so much with choices of glasses and cutlery and all through the ordering process. The delivery men were very polite and efficient, also all packed to a very high standard. The glasses were to a very high standard and immaculate, I spent the whole evening on Prosecco as the flutes were absolutely lovely, I think this was the case for all the ladies.

Equipment arrived as expected & picked up. Then got a call from Eastleigh branch. One of our volunteers had lost a donation envelope while stacking chairs, containing a reasonable sum of money. Money returned. Happy to recommend a business you can trust.

I ordered cutlery and glassware for a small event (20 sets). It was for my sister's civil partnership reception so I was concerned about it all going well, and Allens customer service were great. They responded quickly to my emails and were really helpful when I phoned them on the day of delivery to check when my delivery slot was. They then came and collected the used glassware and plates etc the next day. I would definitely use their services again!
